Relax, release into and embrace the energies of autumn during this 90 minute sound immersion, featuring the deep, transformative resonance of gongs and ambient sound instruments.

Bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, cushions or "nest" materials if you would like to lay out during the experience. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.
