Yoga nidra is yogic sleep, a deeply relaxed state while fully conscious.
A session begins with a brief orientation and discussion, followed by the yoga nidra experience. The client is fully relaxed and reclined as they are guided through the experience. The optimal durations for yoga nidra are 33 minutes and 90 minutes. Grounding, an exploration of the session and a resource plan complete the session.
Sessions in person are 55 and 110 minutes in length.
