We have been relishing in the integration work of our Spirit Labs and Zoom Integration sessions and love being in the work together. We are so grateful that we have had these opportunities of growth and expansion.

Kirsten Protos brings her depth of work with the elements into Elemental Toolbox for Changing Times:

This Spirit Lab will reacquaint you with the elements in both natural and energetic form as metaphoric teachers, vehicles, and tools for navigating times that can present as challenging, chaotic, confusing or disorienting.   As the elements are dynamic themselves, they offer insight and wisdom for flowing and adapting, growing and grounding as the pace of our changing world increases. 

Kirsten Protos is a native of the state of Maine, where her relationship with nature and the elements began and was an integral part of her life. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, two teenage kids and several animals, but they escape to the mountains and the water as often as possible for backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and paddling. Kirsten led the 15 month long Journey with the Elements in 2022.  She is also a former teacher and has been an occupational therapist for the past 16 years.  She is trained in Reiki at the Master level, Shamanic Practices (through Moonrise, Sandra Ingerman, and Jane Burns), ALA 1, and various techniques for nervous system regulation and sensory integration.  She has been training in Traditional Okinawan Shotokan Karate for the past 7 years, under Toru Shimoji, who has been a spiritual and energetic mentor.

Kimmy Yon returns to orient and guide us in her class Radically Accepting the Authenticity in Humanity: the Astrology and Cosmic Weaving of 2024

When we met in January, to explore the cosmic weather, we were on the precipice of embracing the many changes that we’ve experienced in the first half of the calendar year.

The invitation was to embrace humanity, with the awareness that as a collective we are experiencing massive shifts on the individual and collective levels.

In June’s Spirit Lab, we will be looking at the latter half of the year astrologically and how to navigate the new invitation to radically accept the authenticity of humanity, both individually and collectively. We’ll discuss the cosmic touch points of the remainder of 2024 and we’ll experience a cosmic weaving and sound experience to nourish and anchor us for the path forward.

Kimmy Yon is an intuitive astrologer and shamanic, quantum energy work practitioner. Her experience in the healing arts spans more than a decade and has been deeply influenced by the exploration of the cosmos.
