Come experience the spirit of transformation during this 90 minute sound immersion, featuring the resonance of gongs and ambient sound instruments.

Bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, cushions or "nest" materials if you would like to lay out during the experience. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.
