Join us for this new moon experience.

We will work with the moon’s energies during a 90 minute sound immersion, featuring the deep resonance of gongs and ambient sound instruments.

Bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, cushions or "nest" materials if you would like to lay out during the experience. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.
