Open, dive into and welcome the energies of spring. We will be immersed in the soundscape as the Spring Equinox occurs at 5:24 PM during this 90-minute sound immersion, featuring the deep, transformative resonance of gongs and ambient sound instruments.

Bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, cushions or "nest" materials. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.
