Join Roxanne Lowery for an exploration of the gong and its shamanic applications. We will cover the basics of gongs, mallets and playing techniques as well as specific protocols for individual and group shamanic work. We will end the session with a shamanic gong immersion. Come prepared to learn, practice and play gongs—joy, delight and transformation are welcomed! If you have gongs, feel free to bring them!
