TL;DR: sound on this summer solstice for transformation. heart centered. wear headphones or use good external speakers for best listening. it's more about the energy experience and not the sound. this is an internal experience. connect in. get relaxed and comfortable before we start.

Our focus is on the transmission of energy, frequency, light and information.

Place your attention on your internal experiences as the sound is being created, beyond the limitations of our 3-D technology. Using headphones or stereo systems will enhance the experience. Even if you do not listen or view this live or recorded, you can still tune into the energies of the soundscape to drop into frequencies. If you are distracted while listening or viewing, allow yourself to have your experience without sound or video.

Please prepare yourself for this experience by settling in and making yourself very comfortable. Deep breathing, progressive relaxation, humming or chanting are all excellent preparations prior to this immersion.  We encourage practices that bring you into a deeper connection with yourself and the Sacred.
