Open to, deepen into and welcome the energies of Spring during this 90-minute sound immersion, featuring the deep, transformative resonance of gongs and ambient sound instruments.

This is an in-person session only; we continue to focus on our care protocols for these sessions.

Bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, cushions or "nest" materials if you would like to lay out during the experience. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.
