Join Roxanne Lowery and Raye Andrews for an exploration of the gong.

This is a three-day workshop. Day One is appropriate for those who are new to gongs or wanting to expand rudimentary and essential skills. Days Two and Three are appropriate for Day One attendees as well as growing and seasoned players looking to expand their abilities and knowledge.

We will cover the basics of gongs, mallets and playing techniques, specific protocols for individual and group work, advanced techniques and playing styles and being a practitioner. We have a strong focus on creating deep, personal connections with our instruments and moving into deep listening and intentional playing.

Come prepared to learn, practice and play gongs—joy, delight and transformation are welcomed! If you have gongs, feel free to bring them!
